Campus Connection
Our Campus Connection program is an on-site afterschool program serving Kindergarten to 6th grade children. We provide a safe, supportive environment for positive interactions and an exciting program that help children build confidence, make friends, and have fun. Children are checked in by the staff upon arrival and checked out when they leave. Children are allowed to come and go which means children need to get themselves to the program each day after school is dismissed. With a focus on social growth, physical activity, and academic achievement through homework assistance, the Campus Connection program also offers a variety of activities such as STEM and art exploration to help your child develop their talents.
The YMCA partners with the Central Point, Eagle Point, and Phoenix-Talent School Districts to bring this program to you on-site at your school because we all know that all kids deserve the chance to learn, grow and thrive in a positive and supportive atmosphere. Studies show that children who participate in safe, high quality afterschool programs are more engaged in school, exhibit better behavior, and achieve higher grades and test scores.
Full Week Fee:$90/week, program is billed on a weekly basis.
By the Day: $20/day Select the weeks you need care and during the check-out process you will be asked to select the days you need.
Health Form – must be completed and the original brought to the site on the first day of the program.

Ala Carte - No School Days
Program will be offered at various school locations through the Rogue Valley, registered participants will receive an email on the Friday before the no school day to inform you of the program location. Each of the below days maybe offered at a different location based on the school districts that may be closed for these days.
No refunds are offered for these ala carte days, once you are registered you are committed to these programs and cancellations will not be offered. Please take care to only register for the days you need, as we serve all school districts, and they each observe different no school days. NO Refunds are offered if you register for the days your child is in school.
No financial assistance scholarships are offered for families that are not currently registered in the Campus Connection afterschool program as we have decided to invest our limited scholarship dollars for working families using the programs on an on-going basis. It is the primary account holder’s responsibility to contact [email protected] once they are registered to have their Campus Connection Scholarship amount applied to this program. Current afterschool scholarship families must register and request their scholarship to be applied at least one week before the program begins.
- Full day program for school closure days operates 7:30am-6:00pm
- Structured daily schedule includes engaging activities such as crafts, S.T.E.M., and physically active games
- An AM Snack and lunch may be provided by the school district’s nutrition service
- Maintains a 1:15 staff to child ratio.

- Maintains a 1:15 staff to child ratio.
- Staff meet kids at Hillside for check in, then walk together to URCEO for the remainder of the afternoon.
